Huile Cuisson & Friture D├®sodoris├®e - 6012999 - Emile No├½l High Smoking Point & Balanced omega-3 & 6 (3 Liter) With a high smoking point of 270xb0C, this odourless and tasteless oil is very safe to be used for daily cooking and frying. Can be used up to 10 times of frying. Uses 50% high oleic sunflower seed oil which is a special breed with high omega-9 (oleic acid) but low in both omega-3 & 6. This will ensure we will not have imbalanced and overly high omega-6 which could make us prone to inflammations.
