Andy's Shrimp Tempura Batter 10 OzCorn Flour, Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (bleached Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Salt, Leavening (sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Corn Starch, Monosodium GlutamateFrying: 1. Heat vegetable oil in a heavy saucepan, skillet or preferably a deep fryer to 350 degrees F. 2. Combine 1 package (10 oz) of Andy's Shrimp Tempura with 1-3/4 cup of water. Mix thoroughly until smooth. 3. Place peeled shrimp or seafood into batter a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. 4. Fry shrimp or seafood in oil for 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes, cook until golden brown. Fry fish for 3-5 minutes. 5. Remove from oil and drain. 6.
