It is a mixture of three aged vintages in oak barrels (1998-2000-2007) . Of a gold robe, the nose exalts the nostrils with fruity aromas (apple and pear). The sweet spices and the orange come soon after. There are also slight floral notes. In the mouth it is balanced, dry and relatively round at the same time. The spices, the woody and the orange are the main flavors. It has a pretty lively and cool character. The finish is long, where the wood and freshness complement each other, with a hint of anise.
