Do not drain fat) ; 1 envelope fajita mix; 1/4 cup water; 1 tbsp. vegetable oil; 8 flour tortillas, warmed; 1 onion, thinly sliced; 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced; 1 tomato, cut into thin wedges (optional). 1. In large skillet, heat 1 tbsp. oil. Saute 1 onion and green bell pepper until tender. Remove from skillet. 2. In same skillet, brown 1 lb ground beef (Chicken or Steak Fajitas: In step 2, add additional 1 tbsp. oil, brown 1 lb thinly sliced skinless, boneless chicken breast or sear 1 lb thinly sliced sirloin or flank steak. Do not drain fat), drain fat. 3. Add seasoning and 1/4 cup water; blend well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4.
