Evian
Short Description
Evian is a non-carbonated mineral water from the village of Évian-les-Bains in the French Alps. Evian has been officially bottled since 1826. In 2003, the bottled water was available in a total of 120 countries worldwide. The water comes from the Cachat spring, which is located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Geneva. It has only a low mineral content. There are different bottle types with a content of 0.33 to 1.5 litres. The 0.5 l Tetrapak was discontinued at the end of 2006. The gastronomy assortment is, as is customary in the industry, available exclusively in glass bottles.
