A fruity, gourmand and refreshing champagne, it makes the perfect aperitif.A blend of over 77 crus sourced from all the great terroirs of Champagne, Mumm Cordon Rouge privileges Pinot Noir (45%) for its structure and force, whilst the Chardonnay (30%) adds finesse and elegance, and the Pinot Meunier contributes fruit and suppleness.The scintillatingly golden robe is animated by fine bubbles.The first nose is freshly fruity with white and yellow peaches and apricots, but also exotic fruits, opening up to deliciously vanilla, caramel, brioche and honey notes.The fresh and lively attack leads to a round, full and lightly vinous palate full of the same rich, fruity aromas stretching out on the long, smooth finish.
