Short Description
Trident Seafoods Breaded Flounder FilletsFlounder, Water, Wheat Flour, Modified Corn Starch, Enriched Flour (Wheat, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), contains 2% or less of: Yellow Corn Flour, Salt, Bleached Wheat Flour, Spices, Garlic Powder, Whey, Onion Powder, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (to preserve moisture), Sugar, Leavening (Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Potassium Chloride, Sea Salt, Yeast Extract, Dried Cane Syrup, Soybean Oil, Yeast, Malted Barley Flour, Guar Gum. Parfried in soybean and/or Canola Oil.Must be cooked. Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: Cook from frozen. Thawing of the product is not recommended. Conventional oven: preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place frozen product on baking sheet, cook for 12 to 14 minutes until crisp. Convection oven: preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen product on baking sheet, cook for 8 to 10 minutes until crisp. Deep fry: heat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen product for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes until until golden brown. Oven temperatures and cooking times may vary substantially. Test cooked fish by inserting fork at thickest part of the fillet. Fish should flake with gentle pressure, and flesh should be opaque. (Internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees F. ) We strive to produce a fully boneless product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
