Add Tofurky chorizo, stir often and brown lightly. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.Microwave method: Cut open plastic packaging and pour Tofurky chorizo into microwave-safe container. Cover with paper towel and heat on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until hot. Stir well before serving.After opening place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
