Supremo Chorizo Pork, OriginalPork, Natural Spices, Salt, Vinegar, Garlic Powder, and Sodium Nitrite.Est. 1882. Made in the USA. Directions: Keep refrigerated. Cook before eating. 1. Remove chorizo from casing and place desired amount in frying pan. 2. Break up chorizo while cooking at medium heat (approx 275 degrees F) for 8-10 minutes, occasionally stirring. 3. Cook until done, minimum internal temperature 160 degrees F. 4. Carefully elevate one side of pan to allow drainage. Remove cooked chorizo.
