Cover with wax paper or paper towel. Place in microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes, rotate tray and continue cooking on high approximately 2 more minutes, until fish lakes easily with fork. Let product rest between 1 and 1 1/2 minutes before consuming. Note: Coking times may vary due to difference in appliances.
