Remove from the vacuum package before thawing. Thawing Instructions:Place salmon in refrigerator overnight or under cold water in sealed bag. Microwave Instructions:Only use portions for this method. Place thawed salmon fillets in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Fish should flake with a fork when done. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Broiling Instructions:Preheat broiler and adjust oven racks 4-5 inches from the broiler. Place thawed salmon portions on an oiled baking sheet. Oil and season salmon to taste. Broil the salmon portions for 6-7 minutes on each side. Fish should flake with a fork when done. Skillet Instructions:Preheat nonstick frying pan or skillet to medium-high.
