Hot Parmesan & Artichoke Dip: 125 g (1/2 cup/4 oz) cream cheese, 125 ml (1/2 cup/4 oz) real mayonnaise, 45 ml (3 tbsp) Seasonings for Hot Parmesan & Artichoke Dip, 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 can 390 g (13.75 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, 30 ml (2 tbsp) freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional). Squeeze out the excess liquid from the artichokes. In a small bowl, combine dip blend, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and grated parmesan. Stir in artichoke hearts. Transfer to a heat-proof dish. Top with Parmesan cheese if desired. Bake in a 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) oven until hot, about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with crusty sourdough French bread, breadsticks, pita chips or crackers.
