Gulf Gourmet,Southwest SalmonSalmon, Cooked Long Grain White Rice, Black Beans, Corn, Onions, Red Peppers, Green Peppers, Modified Food Starch, Dehydrated Garlic and Onion, Salt, Corn Syrup Solids, Spices, Guar Gum, Paprika, Chili Pepper, Cilantro, Natural Flavoring, Smoke Flavor.Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: Remove tray from outer box before preparing. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Microwave: Thaw in refrigerator overnight, or defrost in microwave for 4-4 1/2 minutes. Using a fork, poke several small holes in the plastic film. After defrosting, microwave on high for 3 1/2-4 minutes. Allow entree to rest for 2 minutes. Remove plastic film before serving. Cooking times may vary depending on microwave. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Using a fork, poke several small holes in the plastic film. Place tray on a baking sheet on the middle rack of oven.
