America's Choice Fried Potatoes Potato PuffsPOTATOES, VEGETABLE OIL (CONTAINS ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING: SOYBEAN OIL, CANOLA OIL), SALT, DEXTROSE, DISODIUM DIHYDROGEN PYROPHOSPHATE TO PROMOTE COLOR RETENTION.Keep frozen. Pour out desired portion. Close bag and seal with a rubber band or store in a resealable freezer bag and return to freezer. Caution for oil preparation methods: Ice crystals may form on frozen food and can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully to hot oil. Cook to desired golden color. Cooking times vary depending on appliance power. Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation. When cooking smaller amounts reduce cook time. Do not overcook. Oven Method: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Spread frozen fried potatoes in a single layer on a non stick baking sheet or shallow baking pan. 3. Heat for 15 - 20 mins. on the middle rack of the oven, turning fried potatoes after 10 mins. until golden brown. 4. Remove from oven, season and serve. Deep fry method: 1. Preheat vegetable oil to 375 degrees F. 2. Place frozen fried potatoes in fryer basket. Do not fill basket more than half full. 3. Carefully lower basket into hot oil. 4. Fry 2-3 mins. or to desired crispness. 5. Remove from fryer, drain on paper towels. 6. Season and serve. No cholesterol. No trans fat. Product of Canada.Long Description
