Ghirardelli Premium Hot Cocoa Chocolate CaramelSugar, Cocoa - Processed with Alkali, Artificial Flavor, Unsweetened Chocolate, Soy Lecithin - an Emulsifier, Vanilla.Ghirardelli Premium Hot Cocoa Chocolate Caramel. San Francisco. Found in 1552. Artificial flavor. Mix with hot milk!. Directions Preparation: Mix with hot milk. Top with whipped cream, if desired. Stovetop: Heat 8 oz of milk in a small pan. Add 3 Tbsp. of Ghirardelli hot cocoa and stir. Heat, while stirring, until steaming. Do not boil. Microwave: Pour 8 oz of milk into a mug or cup and heat on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until desired temperature. Remove from microwave and stir in 3 Tbsp. of Ghirardelli hot cocoa. Ghirardelli salted caramel hot cocoa: Melt 4 oz of Ghirardelli semi sweet chocolate chips; add 3 tbsp of Ghirardelli chocolate caramel hot cocoa powder, stirring constantly until blended. Slowly add 1 1/2 cup of hot milk and stir until smooth. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream for garnish. Sprinkle with a pinch of medium coarse sea salt. Yield: 2 Servings.
