Short Description

Glutino Gluten Free Pantry Pizza Crust MixPotato Starch, Brown Rice Flour, Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Yeast, Modified Cellulose, Salt.Pizza crust: Entire bag of Glutino Gluten Free Pantry; pizza crust mix. Enclosed packet of yeast (2 1/4 tsp) . 1 1/2 cups of warm water. 6 Tbsp of vegetable oil. Oven method: Pour mix and yeast in a large bowl; mix for 30 seconds using a table top mixer. Add remaining ingredients and beat 3 minutes at low speed and 1 minute at medium speed or until mix is homogenized. For 12 inch pizza pans, divide mix into approximately 3 portions and spread onto the pans. For 6 inch pizza pans, divide mix into approximately 9 portions and spread onto the pans. Cover pans and let rise in a warm area for 40 minutes. Bake for 16 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees F. Glutino Gluten Free Pantry; Pizza Crust Mix. Crusty and tender.
