Moist rich. Homestyle mix contains white corn meal. Directions Corn Bread:1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Grease 8 x 8 baking pan. 3. Combine corn bread mix, 1 egg and 1/2 cup 2% milk. Batter will be slightly lumpy. 4. Pour batter into pan and bake 15-20 minutes. For additional flavor and moisture use buttermilk. Corn bread muffins or sticks:1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Follow corn bread directions. 3. Pour batter into greased, medium-sized muffin cups or into preheated, greased corn stick molds. 4. Bake 14 to 16 minutes. Warnings Contains: milk, soy, wheat.
