At -460 degree F or until cheese and crust are lightly browned. If you have a pizza stone or a barbeque, these are great alternative baking methods. Calzone:Thaw in refrigerator overnight before use and allow to proof (about double in size is best). Sprinkle flour or cornmeal on the clean counter surface that you want to use, stretch to the desired size. (if the dough is difficult to form, allow it to sit for a few minutes in between stretching). Place topping on one side and then fold over. Use your fingers to seal the edges and then use a knife to make slits into the dough. Bake 15-20 mins. At 375 degrees F. Kneed dough slightly and form into your desired shape. (if the dough is difficult to form, allow it to sit for a few minutes in between forming) Place on pan and allow to proof to-3o minutes. With a knife, slit the top in several places and then bake for 25-30 mins. At 350 degrees F. Time will vary depending on shape of the loaf.
