Blender Preparation: The reconstitution ratio is 1 + 2. A complete smoothie is prepared by mixing 1 part Dr. Smoothie concentrate with 2 parts ice/water. For any size cup, simply divide the cup size by three to determine the exact amount of Dr. Smoothie to use. Adjust ice & water to get the consistency you want. An ideal blend is not too thick, but not watery either. Note: If the product is cold, you may need to add more water and less ice. 12 oz= 4 oz Mix, 2 oz water, 11 oz cup ice. 16 oz= 5.33 oz Mix, 2.67 oz water, 15 oz cup ice. 20 oz= 6.67 oz Mix, 3.33 oz water, 19 oz cup ice. 24 oz= 8 oz Mix, 4 oz water, 22 oz cup ice. Amount of Ice: Measure the ice in the actual cup used to serve the smoothie. Whether you use a level cup or a heaping cup depends on your ice size. Shaved ice or crushed ice will use less water.
