Big Y Beef Burgers 100%BEEF.Keep frozen. On the Outdoor Grill: Cook frozen patty on the grill over white-hot coals about 2 to 2-1/2 minutes per side until juices come through. Continue to turn and cook each side until done (165 degrees F internal temperature) . Season with salt and pepper to taste. Under the Broiler: Cook frozen patty in preheated broiler on first side 4 minutes until brown. Season with salt and pepper to taste, turn and broil the second side 4 minutes more until done (165 degrees F internal temperature). In the Frying Pan: Place frozen patty in preheated fry pan over medium high heat and cook 2 minutes per side until juices come through, pressing down patty once gently with spatula for even browning. Turn and cook 2 minutes more per side until done (165 degrees F internal temperature). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected meat.
