Short Description
Whole Cleaned CalamariCleaned Calamari.Keep frozen, thaw under refrigeration before use, do not refreeze. Fried Calamari: 1 pack of PanaPesca Whole Cleaned Calamari; 1 cup all purpose flour; 1 cup milk; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/4 tsp. pepper; 6 cups vegetable oil. Cut calamari tubes into rings then rinse in cold water, then soak in milk for 30 minutes. Heat 2 inches of oil in 5 qt pot to 375 degrees. Whisk flour salt and pepper in bowl dredge squid in flour shake off excess in strainer. Fry for 1 minute turning to cook all sides, serve with lemons and marinara sauce. Prepare in your favorite seafood recipes. Keep frozen until use.Long Description
