Veggie Patch Mediterranean Patties Spinach & ChickpeasSpinach, Onions, Breadcrumbs (wheat Flour, Salt, Parsley, Yeast, Sunflower Oil, Paprika Oleoresin [color]), Wager, Vegetable Oil (sunflower And/or Canola, Soy), Chickpeas, Chicory Fiber, Cellulose Fiber, Pea Fiber, Egg Whites Contains Less Than 2% Of Wheat Flour, Salt, Guar Gum, Methylcyttellulose, Spices, Yeast Extract, Garlic Powder, Cultured Dextrose, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Dry Mustard, Natural FlavorVeggie Patch Mediterranean Patties Spinach & Chickpeas. 5g protein per serving. No genetically modified ingredients. Directions Keep refrigerated or frozen. Cook thoroughly. We use only non genetically modified ingredients. Best if consumed or frozen within 4 days upon opening seal. Product can be frozen up to 2 months if placed in freezer before the use by date indicated on the package. Cooking instructions: For food safety and quality, heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Conventional/toaster oven*: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place patties on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 11-13 minutes, until crisp. *Preferred method. Microwave: Place one patty on microwave safe plate. Heat, uncovered, on high for 60-90 seconds until hot, turning halfway through. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving. Heating times are approximate and will vary upon number of patties.
