Premium brownie mix with Hershey' s. Hershey 's cocoa and Reese's peanut butter flavored. Chips in the mix. Directions You will need: 1/4 cup water. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 egg. 1. Heat: Oven to 350 degrees F for shiny metal pan or 325 degrees F for dark, nonstick or glass pan. Grease (or use cooking spray) bottom of pan. 2. Stir: Brownie mix, water, oil and egg in medium bowl until well blended. Spread in pan. 3. Bake: As directed below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean; cool. To cut warm brownies easily, cut with plastic knife using short sawing motions. Store tightly covered. Pan size: 8 x 8 - 9 x 9 - 11 x 7 . Bake time (in minutes): 38-41 - 34-37 - 31-34. Betty's tips: For thinner brownies, bake in 13x9-inch pan 19-21 minutes. For cakelike brownies, use 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs. High altitude (3500-6500 ft): stir 1 tbsp all-purpose flour into dry brownie mix. Make brownies using 1/3 cup water, 3 tbsp oil and 1 egg for regular brownies, 2 eggs for cakelike brownies. Bake 8 x8 45-49 min, 9 x9 37-40 min, 11 x7 35-38 min, 13 x9 25-28 min. Warnings Contains wheat, peanut, milk and soy ingredients. Do not eat raw brownie batter.
