The spicing is subtle and adds to the beef's juicy beefiness. I like making my sandwich with mustard Swiss cheese and gherkins. Sometimes I grill it, sometimes I don't. An addition of saurkraut is always welcome too. I must confess I've used a whole pack for my sandwich a couple of times. Terrible I know!
