They are fantastic to keep on hand not just for dessert but whenever you want a light indulgent treat. They bake quickly - I find 25 minutes is more than enough. They are generously sized. We just take 1 out of the packet and after baking divide it up into several generous portions. Suggestions for toppings when you want to be extra indulgent - a scoop of ice cream, a dollop of whipped cream, and my favourite is topping it with a slice of sharp cheddar cheese.
