Another reviewer was concerned about nuts.There are ground almonds in these which gives them a lovely taste.This is clearly stated in the ingredients in bold type,so I do not understand the problem.I always read ingredients really carefully.I have food sensitivity problems too.I find that Sainsburys give you more information on product contents compared to other online supermarkets.
