I made sure they were well wetted before going into the oven, and they came out hot, soft and moreish. Great as a snack,covered with a topping of your choice and griilled. Tip: To avoid crisping at the thin end of the Naan, run the bread under the cold water tap before placing under a preheated grill for 2 minutes each side.
