Rated 5 out of 5 by Marigolded Needs a pinch of salt Its a texture thing, and slightly weird to be honest, but if you are a mushroom fan (and I am) then this will be a good choice of quiche for you. I like it cold, with salad, but it would be good sliced up and as part of a picnic or party buffet.
