Reviews Rated 5 out of 5 by 3 reviewers. Rated 5 out of 5 by Ethan A Great Cheese The cheese's taste is strong but 'smooth' so it tickles the taste buds without a nasty aftermath. It is white with a soft texture, though more cheese-like than a dense cream; you can eat it with a spoon, or cut it with a knife and it'll retain its form so can be put on the top of biscuits etc with ease. That said, trying to eat the cheese directly with your fingers will likely lead to a mess. The aroma is nice, noticeable, and subtle: you can tell it's been opened but as long as you keep it covered you're not going to have to a fridge full of it. The packaging is plastic with a peal back seal which can be as irritating to open as similar packaging, but they don't really have a choice so I'll let them off. So, to conclude, this goats cheese is an ideal addition to your shopping basket as not only does it taste great, but it is also good for your oral health, in moderation, and more so than cow's cheese as goat's is more alkaline forming. I have, therefore, no problem recommending it. October 9, 2014 Rated 5 out of 5 by potterangie excellent product delicious tasty cheese, made a fantastic starter salad with beetroot and blackberries September 9, 2014 Rated 5 out of 5 by Snorkmaiden63 Rich creamy flavour An excellent goats cheese with a strong but creamy flavour and not a hint of an unpleasant aftertaste (which I find with some goats cheeses) . Very smooth and probably just about spreadable, but I like to use it on spinach and goats cheese pizzas or put in into a wrap with a few salad leaves. It can be used quite sparingly and still give a lot of flavour so I would say it's also useful if you're on a diet and trying to keep cheese to a minimum.
