Cruz Whole Wheat TortillasWhole Wheat Flour, Water, Vegetable Shortening (interesterified Soybean Oil, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil And/or Palm Oil), Contains 2% Or Less Of: Leavening (sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate And/or Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Calcium Sulfate), Sugar, Salt, Preservatives (calcium Propionate, Sorbic Acid And/or Citric Acid), Cellulose Gum, Distilled Monoglycerides, Enzymes, Wheat Starch, Calcium Carbonate, Antioxidants (tocopherols, Ascorbic Acid), Dough Conditioners (fumaric Acid, Sodium Metabisulfite And/or Mono-and Diglycerides)Keep refrigerated for freshness. Flex package to separate tortillas. Warming: skillet cooking: tortillas are best when heated until warm, soft and flexible. Heat one at a time on ungreased skillet or griddle, over medium heat. Turn tortillas frequently until soft and warm. For crisp tortillas, fry in hot oil until crisp and golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Microwave: remove tortillas from package (do not heat in this bag) and wrap in paper towel. Microwave on high until warm, up to 45 seconds for 5 tortillas - times will vary by oven and number of tortillas being heated. Oven: heat oven to 350. remove tortillas from package and wrap securely in aluminum foil. Bake for 10 minutes or until warm. Storage tips: tortillas will remain fresh in this reclosable bag.
