When we started baking and selling our cookies back in 1985, our philosophy was pretty simple: use only the highest quality ingredients, including really big chunks of chocolate, nuts or other good things necessary for truly premium cookies and never use added preservatives. By 1995, we were selling nationwide and we learned there were some people who would eat only all natural ingredients. Clearly, these people had a right to our delicious cookies too. So in addition to our original cookies we added an all natural line, this time using only unprocessed ingredients such as evaporated cane juice, 100% butter, all-natural chocolate, etc. The result: a truly delicious all natural cookie. We're not sure if anyone actually reads the back of our cookie boxes, but since you obviously are, there's something we'd like to say: Thanks you! Whether you've already bought our cookies or are just thinking about it, we want you to know that we've put everything we know about delicious into this box. If you're going to have a cookie, have the best! Occasionally, after opening, extreme summer heat or humidity may cause the cookies to lose their perfect crispiness. No problem. Just pop them in the fridge for a bit and presto - they're back to their original crispy perfection. Warnings Contains wheat, egg, milk, and soy ingredients.
