Ready in 20 minutes. Ingredients Needed: 1-2 tbsp. oil; 1 lb. of beef; 1 lb. of vegetables. 1. Heat 1-2 tbsp. of oil in a medium-sized saute pan. 2. Cut 1 lb. of beef into 1 inch cubes. (Use flank steak or other tender cut of beef) . 3. Add beef and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until seared. 4. Add 1 lb. of mixed vegetables (e. g. , chopped onions, chopped bell pepper, sliced bok choy, thinly sliced carrots, small pieces of broccoli) and saute until soft. 5. Add sauce and stir until heated through (145 degrees F). Also good with tofu, chicken or pork. Slow Cooker Preparation: Serves 4-6. Ready in 7 hours. Ingredients Needed: 2 lbs. round or chuck roast. 1. Add 2 lbs. of round or chuck roast to 6 qt. slow cooker, spreading the meat out to cover the bottom of the slow cooker. 2. Pour sauce over the meat. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. 3. Shred meat using two forks and pour leftover sauce over meat to desired sauciness.
