Shur Fresh Pancake & Waffle Mix Complete ButtermilkEnriched Bleached Flour, (Bleached Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Leavening (Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Buttermilk, Soybean Oil, Dextrose, Egg, Yolk, Salt, Corn Starch, Egg White. Contains wheat, milk, egg.Pancake: 4 Inch Pancakes: 6-9 Pancakes: Pancake mix - cup, water - 2/3 cup. 12-18 Pancakes: Pancake mix - 2 cups, water - 1-1/3 cups. 18-27 Pancakes: Pancake mix - 3 cups, water - 2 cups. For thicker pancakes use a little less water. For thinner pancakes use a little more water. Heat skillet over medium-low heat or electric griddle to 375 degrees F. Skillet is ready when drops of water sizzle, then evaporate. Combine pancake mix and water in a bowl. Stir with wire whisk until large lumps disappear. Over mixing may toughen pancakes. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto lightly greased skillet. Turn when pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown. Waffle: To Make: 3 servings: Pancake mix - 2 cups, water - 1-1/3 cups, oil - 1/3 cup. Preheat waffle iron. Combine all ingredients. Stir until large lumps disappear. For best result, allow batter to set 4-5 minutes before baking. Pour desired amount of batter into lightly greased waffle iron. Bake until steaming stops. Just add water! A good source of calcium.
