Skillet: 1. Thaw sausage roll in the refrigerator prior to cooking. 2. Slice sausage roll to desired patty thickness. If using the sausage as an ingredient, break apart prior to cooking. 3. Preheat skillet on a medium low setting. 4. Cook for 10-15 minutes turning occasionally until browned or until reaching 160 degrees F internal temperature. 5. Product will be hot. Handle with caution after heating. Let sausage cool one minute before serving. 6. Appliances vary, heating times approximate.
