Ahg Thai Pad Thai Noodles 50GSugar, Soybean Oil, Fish Sauce (Anchovy-Fish Extract, Salt, Sugar), Garlic, Sweet Radish (Radish, Sugar), Paprika, Tamarind, Salt, Distilled Vinegar, Acid Regulator (Citric Acid)Serves 3. 1 Packet Thai Pad Thai Noodles SpicePaste; 3 tbs Vegetable oil; 250 g (1/2 lb) Shelled prawns; 1 Egg, beaten; 120g (4 oz) Dried rice noodles or bean vermicelli, follow pack instructions); 50 g (1/4 cup) Fresh bean sprouts; 2 tbs Crushed peanuts; Lime wedges and chives or spring onions, cut into 2.5 cm (1 in) lengths as garnish. 1. Heat oil in non-stick wok or pan on High heat. Add prawn; stir fry for 1 minute. Add egg and cook for 1 minutes. 2 Add noodles and SpicePaste, stir fry for 3 minutes or until fairly dry. 3. Add bean sprouts; stir fry for 1 minute. Add peanuts and mix well,. garnish and serve hot. Variations - a) Chicken, squid and firm tofu may be used instead of prawns. b) You may use noodles of your choice or Angel Hair Pasta.Long Description
