Birds Eye Vegetables & Sauce Creamed SpinachSpinach, Half & Half (Milk, Cream), Milk, Butter (Cream, Salt), Onions, contains less than 2% of Water, Food Starch-Modified, Salt, Sugar, Corn Oil, Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Dextrose, Onion Powder, Spice.Keep Frozen. Convenient microwave tray inside! Cook thoroughly before eating. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave Instructions: 1) Remove tray from box and peel back film slightly. 2) Microwave on high for 4 minutes*; stir halfway through cooking. 3) Remove film completely. Contents are hot. Stir and serve. (Cook time based on 1200 watt microwave; cook time may need to be adjusted for your microwave. ) Stovetop Instructions: 1) Place contents of tray in saucepan. Add 3 tablespoons water. Bring to a full boil over high heat. 2) Reduce heat to medium and cover. Cook 5 minutes*, stirring occasionally. 3) Uncover and cook an additional 3-4 minutes*.
