Short Description
Osem Matzo Balls MixMatzo, Meal, Palm Oil, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate) Salt, Leavening Agents (Mono Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Dehydrated,Onions, Spices. Contains,gluten, (from,matzo, meal) . May contain traces of celery.Store in a cool dry place. Makes about 30 matzo balls. Preparation: 1) In a small bowl blend 2 eggs. 2) Add contents of Matzo Ball mix (envelope No.1) and stir with fork until evenly mixed. 3) Set aside for 5 - 7 minutes. 4) Moisten both hands and from balls. 5) Drop the balls into boiling consomme or into 2 quarts of boiling water with 1 teaspoon of salt, cook for 7 minutes.
