Farm fresh goodness. Shredded & seasoned with onion & parsley. Ready to cook! Serves 6-7. Directions Keep refrigerated. Never frozen. Cooking Instructions: Skillet: 1. Melt 4 tablespoons of margarine or vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet or electric fry pan over medium heat. 2. Evenly distribute potatoes in skillet or fry pan. 3. Cook potatoes 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 5 minutes. Serve hot. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Melt 2 tablespoons of margarine or vegetable oil in a 7 x 11 x 2 or larger baking pan. 3. Add potatoes. 4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, stirring once or twice. For brown highlights, set under broiler for last 5 minutes. Time and temperature settings may vary due to differences in your particular oven.
