Short Description
All genuine Madeiras after being some time in bottle throw a deposit and should therefore be decanted before use. To do so extract cork without the slightest shake or movement of the bottle, then pour off contents into decanter, carefully watching all the time condition of wine in bottle; as soon as cloud or deposit approaches neck of bottle~Stop~no particle of such deposit should be allowed to flow into the decanter.
