Leclerc Briant Les Basses Prieres 2014 Premier Cru
Short Description
To the eye: Champagne presents itself with a satiny, deep and dense robe with deep and brilliant pale golden yellow reflections.
On the nose: It expresses notes of brioche, honeysuckle, with a fruity register embodied by cherry, blackcurrant, plum. It then reveals notes of iodine and peppermint.
On the palate: The Champagne develops a fruity substance reminiscent of grapefruit and pineapple. It is balanced around iodine spray to appreciate a slender finish.
At the tasting: It will sublimate your gourmet dishes such as caviar, a fillet of dab or pollack or
again a fillet of veal in an aromatic crust.
