Chateau Sainte Marguerite Symphonie 2020 Magnum Cru Classe

Short Description

An ideal harvest to achieve this 2020 vintage of great qualities.

The color is limpid, pearly and barely pink.

On the nose: nice attack on the freshness immediately followed by beautiful touch of wild strawberries or gariguette, white spring flowers such as acacia, cherry or pear blossom with a little mineral touch very slightly iodized.

The palate is also very fresh with touch of lime and grapefruit with a very fine minty touch. The finish is mineral, iodized and delicately spicy.

To be served around 8 to 10 ° C over the next two to three years, as an aperitif with salmon makis, canapes of caviar, foie gras.

Will fit very well with grilled sea fish, such as sea bass, red mullet, turbo. Perfect with monkfish caviar. Fantastic for dessert with a salad of fresh fruits, on a tart with red fruits or apricots.

Château Sainte Marguerite is a Côtes de Provence classified vineyard since 1955, that spreads on 75 hectares, created in 1929 on old plots dedicated to vine culture since the Roman era. The estate is facing the sea on the territory of La Lande Les Maures. This Varois seaside village benefits from exceptional climatic and geologic conditions.

The vineyard is worked entirely in organic farming, with the Ecocert label.
