Deau Millesime 2001 Cognac Grande Champagne
Short Description
Pale gold color evocative of the harbingers of autumn.
On the nose we find the sweetness of chestnut flour and hazelnut powder which quickly gives way to candied citron peel, dried apricots, large Medjool dates and liquorice powder.
Round, seductive and long palate.
The story begins in 1685, during the reign of King Louis XIV, when Louis Deau settled down as a winegrower in Charente and discovered the mythical alchemy of stills.
For several generations the Bru Legaret family has owned and operated a wine estate in the heart of the Cognac region.
Today, Véronique Bru Legaret and her son Roland Legaret take over the destiny of the DEAU COGNAC brand, and are proud to make you discover a universe where the beautiful, the exceptional and the unique meet and can create absolute emotion, a revelation, a discovery.
