Short Description

Maison Joseph Perrier, created in 1825, is, as in the past, still located in Chalons en Champagne. It is to this day managed by a fifth generation.

The house has therefore been working its vines for almost 195 years. It currently owns 21 hectares, vinifies its wines and vintages for the greatest years.

His wines age in cellars dug on one level in the chalk and some of which date from the Gallo-Roman period, when the Aquitaine poet Ausone was already celebrating the vine and when the Emperor Probus granted Gaulle the right to plant vines. These cellars which extend over approximately 3 kilometers and which overhang the house are pierced with essences-kinds of skylights equipped at their feet with an inclined reflector which reflects the light in the galleries.
