Short Description

It is a blend of Champagne coming from vines planted in Grand Cru for 76% and for 24% planted in Premier Cru.

It is also a blend of 55% Pinot Noir grape from the Montagne de Reims and the Grande Vallée de la Marne and 45% Chardonnay grape from the prestigious Cote des Blancs.

The color is very luminous in the eye of a partridge with shimmering coppery reflections.

On the nose: elegant touches of citrus zest finely mixed with jelly notes of small red fruits such as raspberries or strawberries from Plougastel or Mara des Bois. Notes of vine peaches, sweet spices and wild raspberry pulp.

On the palate: fine sensations of mandarins, blood oranges and Canadian reinette apples. Nice tips of small red and white currants and Citron zest with a good length and a remarkable amplitude with a small creamy and mineral side.

Food / wine pairing: as an aperitif around 11 to 12 ° C with canapés of duck foie gras from Quercy or lobster or lobster from Brittany.

Will also go very well with white meats such as Bresse chicken in sauce, flavored with morels, on a crayfish bush or some royal langoustines from Brittany.
