Short Description
It is a Champagne made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grape varieties planted on the Montagne de Reims, which produces a grape of powerful aromatic intensity.
The resulting cuvée offers lively and fresh touches of red fruits, complemented by aromas of cookies.
Offered in a bottle designed by the fashion house André Courrèges, and presented in a black lacquered wooden box adorned with the As de Pique Armand de Brignac coat of arms. So many characters that make it a rare collector's item.
The nose is red fruits such as morello cherry or pigeon heart cherry with a spicy touch.
The palate is silky combining vinosity but all in freshness letting out the flavors of red fruits such as raspberry or wild strawberry.
50% Pinot Noir / 40% Pinot Meunier / 10% Chardonnay
Vintages: 2009, 2010 & 2012
It is Mrs Nelly Cattier who created in the 1950s this Champagne brand and it is Cattier Champagne, still owner of the brand, who decided to revive this past in 1956.
The Cattier House manages the whole process of elaborating this outstanding Champagne.
