Like many businesses, Taylor Made Gluten Free Bakery grew from our family's personal experience with celiac disease. Our much-loved daughter, Taylor, was once a very sick child. During her illness, I prayed for answers and promised I would do everything I could to help other families find answers - and solutions. After Taylor was finally diagnosed with celiac disease, we started a support group to increase diagnosis rates. What became evident was the need for healthy, delicious foods to enjoy at home and at restaurants.
