Grade A. 0% milkfat. All natural. Milk from grass fed cows. No aspartame. No sucralose. No gelatin. No artificial colorings. No preservatives. No high fructose corn syrup. No rBGH. Milk produced without the use of recombinant bovine growth hormone. Certified gluten-free. Skyr is the name for thick yogurt in Icelandic. It is high in protein and low in fat. We sweeten our skyr lightly with organic agave nectar, a low glycemic sweetener. None of our products contain any of those dreadful artificial sweeteners.
