Short Description

Grade A. 0% milkfat. All natural. Milk from grass fed cows. No aspartame. No sucralose. No gelatin. No artificial colorings. No preservatives. No high fructose corn syrup. No rBGH. Milk produced without the use of recombinant bovine growth hormone. In Iceland skyr is the word for thick yogurt. It has a creamy texture, is high in protein and low in fat. We here at Siggi's make our skyr with milk from farmers in New York State who do not use any type of growth hormones like rBGH. Our plain skyr is great on its own or mixed with fruit and granola. It is an excellent ingredient for cooking. Its thickness makes it a great base for healthy dips or a substitute for sour cream on baked potatoes.
