Stove Top Method: In large skillet, heat one tablespoon margarine or vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add tenderloins, lightly brown about 2 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium. Add 1/4 cup of water. Cover and cook 7 to 10 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and turkey is no longer pink. Broil/Grill Method: Spray broiler pan or grill rack with nonstick cooking spray, heat broiler or grill to medium. Place tenderloins on broiler pan or grill rack, brush with vegetable oil. Cook 6 inches from heat, 8 to 10 minutes on each side until lightly browned and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and turkey is no longer pink.
