We use no artificial preservatives in our products. Cakes are our heartland. We started baking them in 1994 for gourmet coffee houses - they were works of culinary ingenuity and forward thinking. Still are! Now we also bake cookies & brownies - still all-natural from scratch, with pure, quality ingredients, artisan techniques and our best ideas. We've won many awards but we're proudest of our fan mail. These are our treasures. Is there a perfect tree? Nature is our inspiration and we observe extraordinary individuality in the world. There are so many ways of appreciating life. Enjoy this cake and also the next (different) one that comes your way!
